CATCH was built on a simple idea: coaching can complement youth work. It helps people identify meaningful goals, recognise the resources they already have, and take ownership of their development.
Through international training courses, webinars, local practice and practical resources, CATCH connected coaching with youth work, social inclusion, career guidance and non-formal education.
WHAT WE PRODUCED
Practical resources,
free and openly available.
Everything is free and translated into Slovak, Czech, Estonian, Italian
and Greek for anyone supporting young people facing fewer opportunities.
The learning journey
A continuous learning process, not a one-off course.
20 youth workers took part in three international training courses and three webinars applying what they learned with young people between each stage.
